"Decent bottles, but nothing amazing"
The bottles are solid overall and arrived with the packaging in good shape. They feel sturdy enough for regular use, which I liked. That said, they’re fairly basic and didn’t really stand out in any special way. Good enough for the price, but I wouldn’t call them perfect.

"Really appreciate how dependable our driver is"
Our driver has been great every time. They’re always polite, show up on time, and put the bottles exactly where we ask. It just makes the whole delivery feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciate. Never any attitude, never any mess, just reliable service

"Order was right. Nice."
My Poland Spring order showed up with the exact bottle sizes and quantity I picked. Relief. Nothing was missing, which I really appreciated because I’ve had that happen with other deliveries before. The delivery time was okay, not super fast, but totally fine. Overall, easy order and accurate. Solid 4 stars.

I had a little billing mix-up and they ended up putting the credit back on my account without making it some huge hassle. It did take a bit longer than I hoped, but compared to some other places... anyway, it got fixed and I’m good with that...

I like the water and I do appreciate that they’re making recycling efforts, but there still feels like a lot of plastic involved. For me, it’s a good product overall, but I’d feel better about buying it regularly if the packaging kept improving.

"Managing my subscription is surprisingly not a headache"
I’ve been using Poland Spring delivery for a while now, and I’ll give them credit, the subscription page is easy to deal with most of the time. I can skip deliveries or change dates without having to call anyone, which is how it should be, but still nice. Every now and then the page takes its sweet time loading or makes me hunt around for the right option, because apparently that part needed a little mystery. But overall, it works fine for what I need.

The delivery is kind of hit or miss. Most of the time it shows up fine, but sometimes it’s late and I’m just sitting there wondering if it’s still coming or, anyway, it usually does arrive in the end

I’ve ordered from Poland Spring a few times already, and the best part is they usually has the water I’m looking for in stock. I don’t have to keep checking the site over and over or end up picking some random size I didn’t really want.
The delivery options was simple too, which I appreciate. I can usually find the packs we use at home without much trouble. It’s not anything fancy, it just work reliable enough, and that’s why I keep coming back

"Clean tasting water without any weird aftertaste"
I’ve been buying Poland Spring for a while now, and it’s been solid. The water tastes clean without being too mineral-heavy, and I don’t notice that plastic-y taste you get with some bottled waters. It’s been consistent every time I pick it up, which I appreciate. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few bottles have felt a little flimsy here and there, but the water itself is good.

"Canceling my account was easy"
I had to cancel my Poland Spring account since we’re moving, and it was way easier than I thought it’d be. I just logged in, sent the request, and it got taken care of without some long back-and-forth thing, whcih I really appreciated.
I’m a little sad to stop the deliveries because they were super convenient, but the cancellation itself was smooth and there weren’t any weird fees or surprises. Customer service was nice too, so I’d defintely use them again later if we need it

"Quick help when I needed it"
My delivery time got a little messed up , so I reached out to support . They replied sooner than I expected and sorted it out without turning it into a whole hassle . Really appreciated how easy they made it .
